Care first's online support service is designed to bring instant advice and guidance to your fingertips. Our trained online support advisers are ready to help you on a multitude of topics, providing you with tailored advice solutions; empowering you to make informed decisions and overcome any hurdles life throws your way. If deemed clinically appropriate, the adviser will also be able to connect you to an online counsellor. Your exchange with us is completely confidential and will not be divulged to your organisation. Confidentiality is guaranteed unless the safety of another individual or the security of your organisation is threatened.

The Care first Online Support service is available Monday - Friday 08:00 am - 10:00 pm and weekends 09:00 am - 05:00 pm.

For telephone Counselling support our helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
